Tuesdays @ 4pm in the AUUF Fellowship Hall- Chair Yoga– Chair yoga uses the chair as a prop for movement sequences. The class begins sitting in the chair with stretches. Props are used to enhance movement control, resistance, and alignment. Optional standing postures are used to strengthen the legs, gain balance and range of motion. The final portion of the class is in the chair for breath practice and relaxation.
Tuesdays @ 5:30pm in the AUUF Fellowship Hall- Yoga Flow– Unwind and strengthen your body and mind in this dynamic Hatha yoga class! This unique 60-minute session incorporates a variety of traditional poses, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience every time. The instructor will guide you through a carefully sequenced flow designed to target all major muscle groups, improving your strength and flexibility.
