On this Easter Sunday, we take a direct look at the history of and status of Christianity, at a time when Christian Nationalism and its “dark faith” can overwhelm the original teachings of Jesus, called by priest-Jesus’s alternative plan, an utterly different way of relating to human society as we know it. Imagine no crucifixion, no fires of hell, no eternal damnation, in other words, the radical roots of his faith movement and Unitarian Universalism.
