Request for Space
Thank you for your interest in holding your event at AUUF! In general, space is available to any interested community organization that aligns with our values. However, due federal restrictions, we are unable to approve any events or meetings on our property which endorse, raise money for, or otherwise intervene in the campaign of a partisan political candidate of any political party.

To check preliminary availability of our spaces, first visit auuf.org/calendar.

Once you have a preliminary date, please fill out our online form or contact the office administrator to request use of our space.

All this info will be made available on our public online calendar:

  1. Event Date, Start Time, End time
  2. Building Unlock Time (if you’d like to come before event starts to set up)
  3. Event Title (short is best)
  4. Which Space(s)?
  5. Contact person’s name
  6. Private or open to public?
  7. Event Description. Be as specific or as vague as you’d like. Consider including info about your organization, a website, Facebook page, etc.

If proposed events conflict, Event Priority is determined as follows:
1) Fellowship activities, such as Sunday services, board and committee meetings, religious education, and chorus rehearsal.
2) Member oriented activities for ceremonial rites of passages, such as weddings, child naming, funeral, and memorial services. Followed by social or nonprofit events, workshops, and classes.
3) Affiliated or supported non-member originated activities for ceremonial rites of passages. Followed by social or nonprofit events, workshops, and classes.
4) Member originated activities for profit. Followed by affiliated or supported non-member originated activities for profit.
5) Non-affiliated originated activities for ceremonial rites of passages. Followed by social or nonprofit events, workshops, and classes. Followed by activities for profit.

If events have the same priority ranking, the first event to be scheduled has priority. When events conflict, it is likely that the dates, times, or locations can be adjusted to accommodate each other- *if we have sufficient advanced notice.* So Schedule Your Event ASAP!

Digital Access Code Distribution and Tracking Protocol

This page outlines the Auburn Unitarian Universalist Fellowship’s official protocol for managing digital access codes across its three campus buildings. It covers how codes are distributed, tracked, and updated — including authorization procedures, confidentiality requirements, annual rotation schedules, and revocation policies. All staff and key volunteers with building access are expected to follow these guidelines. Click on this link for more information https://auuf.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=20548&action=edit For access requests or questions, contact the AUUF Office Administrator.
