BRIDGE Lay Ministry Program (BLMP) at AUUF

The Bridge Lay Ministry Program (BLMP) at AUUF is an initiative that serves as a cornerstone of our shared congregational ministry.
The BLMP is designed to enhance the work of our professional minister and advance the AUUF mission by serving as a vital bridge between the congregation on and the professional minister. Installed lay ministers play pivotal leadership roles in Sunday services, pastoral care, membership programs, adult education, and social action leadership. Participants in the BLMP are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to support these efforts through dedicated education and training.
The BLMP offers a unique path for spiritual growth and leadership while fostering the community spirit that is the foundation of our fellowship and its mission.
