The tradition continues!  

If you’re new to AUUF, here are some words of explanation. On the occasion of every home AU football game, we encourage football fans to park their humongous pickup trucks and bulbous SUVs in our rustic, shady parking lot and ask them for a donation. They give us money; AUUF uses said money to transform the world for the better. Badda BOOM!! Win-win. In order to make the fans feel welcome, and to convince the drivers to park compactly in a lot with no lines painted on the pavement, because there is no pavement, we need AUUFers to come and hang around and occasionally help with the welcoming and the car-herding, if you feel so moved. Truth be told, you can just hang around, if that’s your cup of tea. We like talking with each other. We usually but not always begin 4 hours before the kickoff time. You don’t have to stay for the entire four hours, BUT refreshments usually appear out of nowhere and are consumed with delight.  

This Saturday, Saturday, September 6 we would love to have you help park cars, please! We will have a joyful time from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm (CDT). Everyone is welcome. Kids are welcome. YOU are welcome!
