Deserted Village Arts Fest – 2nd Edition – Open air art exhibition that will be happening alongside the market. This year’s themes include changing climate, art for a change, nature, endangered species, and related topics — though artworks outside these themes are also welcome. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your art work, explore creations by other artists and enjoy local food and crafts. Interactive Environmental Activity by Bronson Lubresky at 1:30 pm. Explore Korean Natural Farming (KNF), a natural chemical-free way to grow healthier plants and regenerate soil using fermented inputs made from plants, fruits and herbs. This hands-on demo includes a herbal nutrient preparation and fruit vinegar tasting.
Food Demonstrationby Ria Davis at 2:15 pm. Discover how to turn fresh, seasonal ingredients into simple, flavorful dishes you can easily recreate at home. Enjoy tastings of the dishes and pick up practical tips to make everyday meals more flavorful and fun.
Community Music Circle / Open Jam at 3 pm – Bring your own drum, or use one of ours. Play an instrument. Sing. Dance. Move. Everyone is welcome to participate.
