The AUUF is located on occupied ancestral land of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Acknowledging this connection, all donations from AUUF Giving of the Plate on March 2026 Potluck Sunday will go directly to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Scholarship Foundation Fund. This organization is active and dedicated to “supporting the success of Creek students one donation at a time.”

“The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Scholarship Foundation Program exercises its sovereignty and self-determination through traditional gift-giving. The Scholarship Foundation Program embraces core values that address community needs through humbleness and humility, maintain the highest degree of respect and obedience for moral standards and ethics through the Creator’s teachings, work for the benefit of the Muscogee (Creek) communities, unconditionally help one another, help the Muscogee (Creek) communities through community initiatives without recognition, put community interests and benefits before individual and personal gain, make a sincere commitment and diligently work to accomplish goals of the Scholarship Foundation Program and help community members achieve happy and self-sustaining lives through accomplishment and fulfillment.”
