Business Meeting June 28, 2026

The Auburn Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will hold its 2026 Annual Business Meeting on Sunday, June 28th immediately following the Sunday service. This meeting is an important opportunity for all members to participate in the governance and future direction of our Fellowship. It is very important that members participate and vote, as we need a quorum to enact the business of the Fellowship. If you need documents to review what will be votes on, please contact someone as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued commitment to our community. We look forward to your participation.

Ways to Vote:

Use one of the following methods to make your voice
heard at the Business Meeting:
In Person: Simply attend on Sunday, June 28, 2026!
The Business Meeting will start right after the regular Service
concludes. You’ll be given a ballot. If you know you cannot
attend, choose one of the following methods;
Cannot attend in person: Vote Online. Members not
voting in person at the in-person business meeting will be
sent a secure email link immediately following the meeting
that will allow you to cast your vote online. Only those
members not voting in person at the meeting will be able to
vote online. Online voting will continue 96 hours following the
close of the meeting

Cannot attend in person: Designate a Proxy. A
proxy is a person you authorize in writing to vote in place of
you at the meeting.
Sample proxy statement:
I, _________________________, hereby
appoint _______________________ as my
proxy at the meeting of the AUUF on June 28, 2026, to cast
my vote by any means provided on all business to come
before the meeting.
