Each month, on Potluck Sunday, the funds collected during the offertory are donated to an organization that is actively involved in meaningful work aligned with our UU values in the community toward creating a better, more equitable world for all.

This month we will be supporting League of Women Voters East Alabama’s scholarship fund .

The LWV of East Alabama Scholarship Fund will be used to award scholarships to local high school seniors. In 2026, a $500 scholarship will be awarded. Any funds donated above this goal will be used for future scholarships.

Learn more about the scholarship at  the LWVEA website.

Thank you for your support.
