Join Jan in the AUUF Sanctuary beginning on Saturday, January 24 from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM for a one-hour restorative yoga class. This class is part of a four-part series that begins January 24th. This series is organized by Be Wellness Services, LLC, which provides other yoga classes at the AUUF Sanctuary throughout the week.
