Join us for a Second Hour adult enrichment session focused on end‑of‑life planning—a practical and compassionate gift to ourselves and those we love. Together, we’ll talk about why planning ahead matters, explore a “life story generator” as a way to reflect on and share our values, and review resources for clearly articulating end‑of‑life wishes. We’ll also share informational materials and support resources related to Alzheimer’s and dementia. This session is designed to be thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in care for the whole person—no prior planning required, just curiosity and openness.
