Practicing Nonviolent Communication

The social world in which we live often seems to get more complicated every day. Stress often accompanies interpersonal communication when we have so much to tell each other and to hear from one another. It can be easy, yet very damaging, to take frustrations out on whoever we are communicating with. In this interactive service, we will look at strategies for communicating peacefully with others. The practice of nonviolent communication can harmonize relations among individuals, groups, and institutions.
