For over 6 years, someone has held a presence at Toomer’s Corner to hold a peaceful protest every day. What started as one person with a Stop Racism Now sign, has held strong and encompasses the intersectionality of many issues that we face as a nation today. The corner sit-in happens every day, from 5-6pm, rain or shine (often switching corners if it’s raining).

There are no requirements.

No sign? That’s ok. Sign? Great! All that’s required is your presence.

Most nights you can find Damarius or Herb or Andrew present along with other AUUF members. Please join in at any time you are available!
