Flourishing Together: A Flower Communion Service

As Unitarian Universalists, we declare that every person is inherently worthy and has the right to flourish with dignity, love, and compassion. But as Norbert Čapek, founder of the Flower Communion, reminds us, none of us can flourish alone: “In the proper community by giving the best that is in us for the common good, we grow up and are able to do what no single person is able to do.” Come celebrate Čapek’s vision, and contemplate what it means to flourish together during this year’s Flower Communion. If you are able, bring some flowers to share!
