For Unitarian Universalists, Love is not only a feeling, but a set of spiritual disciplines: regular practices that attune us to the power of love to remake ourselves and society. In this service, we will consider some of those spiritual disciplines, from Stoic “amor fati” to lovingkindness meditation to social justice work.
